The shoe would be making its long-awaited debut almost a year to the day since the Swoosh first unveiled it at its Innovation Summit last year (you can see the reveal video below.) Since then, we’ve also had confirmation that COMME des GARÇONS has been working with NikeLab on its own version of the shoe.The heavily-cushioned silhouette takes Nike’s Air Max technology to the next level by replacing the usual foam outsole with one made entirely from air bubble cushioning. The upper is constructed using Flyknit material to enhance comfort and reduce the overall weight of the shoe.
